backup /bin/mysql/( your current version )/data
copy customized part of bearsampp.conf
overwrite all files. update bearsampp.config with customized data. overwrite /bin/mysql/( your current version )/data with your backedup data. if you've customized your php.ini then be sure to do so again or copy over your customized php.ini to the current version.
