Many improvements and bug fixes

This update is very simple. 

• simply replace the old /core with the new /core
• Replace old Bearsampp.exe with the new Bearsampp.exe
• Copy your information from the header of Bearsampp.conf, replace it with the new one and then update the header with your old information.
  
• If you want to be able to install pre-release(s) from quickpick change the 0 to a 1 for "IncludePR"

Important; you must run Bearsampp.exe as administrator, See the image below.

Replace alias folder
Replace core folder
Remove  /base/apps/gitlist folder
Remove  /base/apps/phpmemadmin folder
If not already removed then remove  /base/apps/websvn folder
If not already removed then remove  /base/bin/svn folder
