Infrastructure:
Claude Code joining the team as a trainee,
wppm and sqlite-bro now published via trusted publishing and with better readme
local build is now done from a modern "py" install, cloud build remains on Astral for now
whl variant won't be published, as pip-26.2.1 is continuing on pylock.toml
published WinPython is now compressed -mx7 to remain below 650Mo
