Bearsampp came as a fork of Neard, the developer stopped updating it in 2021 and many of us really liked the program and wanted it to continue, so I forked it and started working on updating it. Along the way it was decided to give it a new name and remove code for ancient versions of windows and fix any bugs that we could.
To help prevent this from ever happening again I created a Github project for it so that anyway can take over when/if I'm gone. By supporting me by either donating or contributing you help insure the longevity of this program.
